New Years Eve - the boats come in for party time on Waiheke.

Beautiful evening sky after very big storm. Some days luckly storm some days before Christmas rather than at Christmas.

First outing in boat. With a coastguard instructor I might add! lots to learn and can never under estimate the ocean waves!

Christmas Day breakfast. Weather not quite as perfect all the time as last year but cannot really complain. Although I probably will now that I am a spoilt brat Kiwi.

The boat arrives! how does it work?

Very please with new garden furniture. Next to developing herb / veg garden. Building up our cottage garden area with a sub tropical twist darlings.

Santa parade in Waiheke - all very nice. Didn't seem to have that much to do with Christmas! Christmas in hot country doesn't make sense!

Nice evening for a Spa. Bloody marvellous. Not quite so good for electricity bill though...
